About Us

The Oklahoma BioDiversity Learning Center and BioBlitz! OK are outreach projects of the Oklahoma Biological Survey. We promote the conservation, restoration, and celebration of Oklahoma’s natural biodiversity.

Priscilla Crawford (she/her/hers) is a conservation biologist and coordinates these projects. She has spent the last 20 years learning all about the natural diversity found in Oklahoma. She loves getting folks outdoors and celebrating Oklahoma’s amazing biodiversity with them!

She has been Dr. Crawford’s assistant at the Oklahoma Biological Survey since 2020. She loves traveling around Oklahoma and working on outreach projects.

Claudia Goss (she/her/hers) is a junior the University of Oklahoma majoring in Biology. She joined Dr. Crawford as a student assistant in the spring of 2022. In her free time, Claudia loves reading and exploring parks and trails in Norman. She also spends her time cheering on other students at the university, as well as serving the Norman community as a member of the RUF/NEK Lil’ Sis organization.
